By effectively eliminating pollutants, fine particles and pathogens, VAL is positioned as an effective alternative or complement to the usual microfiltration processes, ensuring that wastewater from STEP is perfectly suited to safe reuse, in accordance with the most stringent standards in terms of REUT.
Technological integration for maximized performance
The VAL technology, in collaboration with an R&D project conducted with Bio-UV, is designed to overcome the challenges associated with the presence of fatty elements that are difficult to treat. By combining VAL technology with a UV destruction system, we obtain a double purification of wastewater, without the disadvantages of conventional solutions.
Cost reduction and resource optimization
Thanks to the absence of a filter, VAL technology not only simplifies maintenance but also reduces energy costs, while improving the efficiency of treating large volumes. By allowing the reuse of wastewater, even in the presence of difficult elements such as fats, this innovative system, combined with UV technology, offers a sustainable solution.
VAL SKID: PILOT TESTING, DEPLOYMENT, AND RENTAL OPTIONS
Coldep provides mobile pilot units in containerized or skid-mounted configurations. These allow for on-site testing and validation of technical decisions from the design phase, supplementing the preliminary lab tests conducted with the VAL PILOT.
