Our VAL columnsTM

COLDEP has developed its innovative vacuum column process based on the principle of the partial vacuum airlift: the Vacuum AirLift (VALTM). This system allows both hydraulic circulation, regulation of dissolved gases and the extraction of particulate matter as well as dissolved matter by flotation. It is fully automated, programmable to operate continuously or in adjustable time ranges.

Gravity separator
The gravity separator allows the foam to be evacuated by gravity in a low volume because it is very concentrated. This foam is therefore separated from all the gases.
Safety tank

In certain cases where gravity emptying is not sufficient or impossible, a safety tank can be positioned to remove what would not have been evacuated by the gravity separator.

Harvester
The harvester makes it possible to recover the extremely concentrated juices of interest. Its automation makes it possible to precisely regulate the volume to be extracted and to plan oil changes.

Peripheral equipment

For the operation of our system, certain ancillary equipment is essential such as the vacuum pump and the electrical cabinet. The compressor is optional depending on the case. The VAL modelTM chosen defines the sizes and powers of the other components of the installation.

Heart of the system which keeps the process functional at low energy consumption, optimizes gas exchanges and accentuates the phenomenon of flotation of gaseous particles.

Brain of the system, the cabinet includes in particular the automaton making it possible to control the whole of the installation.

For use with an extraction objective, the system requires a supply of compressed air. If you already have a compressed air network, it is possible to use it.
